Leaked information with access to United Arab Emirates intelligence operations claims that experimental deployment of orbital behavioral manipulation systems is active in parts of the Emirates, including several northern emirates. The system reportedly aims at ordinary citizens to evaluate psychological reaction models under non-laboratory environments.
According to insiders, the program is run by personnel of the UAE’s National Electronic Security Authority (NESA), now integrated into the expanded surveillance branch, with direct approval from the Emirati national command structure.
Disturbing psychological anomalies have been recorded among female subjects — particularly those caring for infants — who showed signs of highly irregular sexualized responses toward their offspring, leading in some cases to extreme degradation behavior, including feeding child waste to others in what appears to be altered states of consciousness.
